Messages and what to do

The messages you may see in Keplar, such as busy free models, too-large questions, attachments, no vision models and generic failures, with causes and fixes.

  1. "The free models are busy right now. Try again in a minute, or upgrade to Lite for the paid model panel."
  2. "That's a lot for a single question. Shorten it, remove attachments, or turn off Deep Research, then try again."
  3. "The attachments are too large in total. Remove one and try again."
  4. "None of the free models that can look at images or video are available right now..."
  5. "Something went wrong. Please try again."
  6. "I couldn't read your saved chats just now."

  8. An answer that says some models did not respond
  9. Reporting a problem

Keplar prefers saying what happened over a silent downgrade. The messages below are the common ones.

"The free models are busy right now. Try again in a minute, or upgrade to Lite for the paid model panel."

Every free model Keplar tried was rate limited or unavailable. Nothing was charged and your daily count is refunded. Wait a minute or upgrade.

"That's a lot for a single question. Shorten it, remove attachments, or turn off Deep Research, then try again."

The combined size of the question, history and attachments is over what can safely be sent. Shorten, split into two questions, or start a fresh chat so the history is not carried.

"The attachments are too large in total. Remove one and try again."

Attach fewer or smaller files. For long documents, paste the relevant section.

"None of the free models that can look at images or video are available right now..."

No free vision model was available. Retry in a minute, ask without the attachment, or use a paid plan with paid vision models.

"Something went wrong. Please try again."

A general failure. Retry once. If it repeats, note the time and what you did, and send it through the feedback form. Failed runs are not charged.

"I couldn't read your saved chats just now."

Memory or chat history could not be loaded for a moment. Try again; your data is not deleted.

Limit messages

Daily, 5-hour, weekly and monthly limit messages are covered in When you reach a limit.

An answer that says some models did not respond

That is not an error. The answer says which models were missing, and missing models are not counted as disagreeing. See Missing models and timeouts.

Reporting a problem

Use Feedback or write to team@keplar.one.
